2011 1099R forms have been mailed
On January 19, 2012 all 1099R’s were mailed If you do not receive your 1099R by February 6, 2012 please contact the Fund office for a reprinted form. Please Note: If you have moved you must supply us with a change of address prior to any reissue of a 1099R.

The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting has been awarded to the County Employees’ and Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County and the Forest Preserve District Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States (GFOA) for its comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) for year ended December 31, 2010.
