All 1099R tax forms were delivered to the US Post Office on January 26, 2015. If you do not receive your 1099R by February 7, 2015, please contact our office for a reprint. Note: If you have moved, you must supply the Fund with a change of address prior to any reissue of a 1099R.

Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting
The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting has been awarded to the County Employees’ and Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County and the Forest Preserve District Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States (GFOA) for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for year ended December 31, 2013.
