Any person may request public records of the Cook County Pension Fund. A written request may be submitted to Cook County Pension Fund by mail, fax, or in-person delivery. The written request should include the requester’s name, address and telephone number.

Requests for public records (i.e., FOIA requests) should be made/addressed to:

Please note that Cook County Pension Fund will not accept requests for information verbally.
 
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Illinois Public Act 96-542 significantly changes the Illinois Freedom Information Act effective January 1, 2010. Cook County Pension Fund is in the process of making corresponding policy and document modifications. The updated policy/documents will be posted following the January 1, 2010 effective date.
