The Fund currently offers a group health benefit to annuitants and their eligible family members.

Eligible annuitants and their dependents are offered the following plan options:

Our Providers
The Fund has contracted with insurance providers for each of the plans comprising the Group Health Benefit. They are responsible for providing each covered individual with a Certificate/Booklet summarizing the benefit coverage, including details concerning covered services, claim filing procedures, etc. For contact information, please refer to the contact information section of our site.
