The Fund conducts an annual open enrollment to all eligible annuitants and their dependents. During this time, you are entitled to make changes to your plan and coverage.
All changes will become effective January 1 following the open enrollment period or such other date that the plan shall choose.
Timing
The Fund currently conducts open enrollment in November. Notification of the event is distributed to all eligible annuitants.
Open Enrollment Meeting
The Fund conducts an annual meeting to discuss the benefits provided and any enhancements/changes that will take effect January of the following year. All eligible annuitants are invited to attend. Notifications are distributed prior to the meeting. Please refer to the following Open Enrollment Meeting for specifics.
