Open Enrollment Period (November 1 - November 30, 2015)

Open Enrollment is held annually during the full month of November.  During the Open Enrollment period, all eligible annuitants have the opportunity to change plans, re-enroll after postponing or suspending coverage, and adjust dependent coverage.  During Open Enrollment, members can also elect to join the voluntary dental plan. 

The 2016 Open Enrollment period will last from November 1 to November 30, 2015.  All changes will become effective January 1, 2016 for the 2016 plan year. 

If you make any changes to your plan for 2016, you will receive a confirmation notice. 

Open Enrollment Information

Comprehensive Open Enrollment materials highlighting the specific dates of annual enrollment and plan changes for the upcoming year will be mailed to all eligible annuitants in mid-October.  Check this page often for new important updates.

2015 Open Enrollment Events

This year the Fund will host four Open Enrollment events.  We hope you will attend an event in your community to meet with representatives from UnitedHealthcare, CVS/Caremark, Guardian Dental, and Fund staff!  No RSVP is necessary.
