Employee Trustee Election | Annuitant Trustee Election

EMPLOYEE TRUSTEE ELECTION

Notice is hereby given to all Cook County employee contributors to the County Employees' and Officers' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County that the Election of a Cook County Employee Member Trustee will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
 
You can vote in person or by mail. 
  • In-person voting will take place from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, in Room 885 of the Cook County Building, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago Illinois. 
  • To vote by mail, an application for a mail ballot will be sent to each Cook County employee no later than Monday, September 30, 2019.  Any employee who does not receive an application for a mail ballot should contact the Pension Fund at (312) 603-1200 no later than Monday, October 7, 2019, to request that another application be sent to the employee.
Nominating petitions can be obtained at the Fund's office, which is located at 70 West Madison Street, Suite 1925, Chicago, Illinois, beginning on Thursday, August 15, 2019. Nominating petitions must be filed at the Fund's office during regular business hours between 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, through 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2019.
 

 

ANNUITANT TRUSTEE ELECTION

Notice is hereby given to all Cook County annuitants of the County Employees' and Officers' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County and all Forest Preserve District annuitants of the Forest Preserve District Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County that the Election of a Cook County Annuitant Member Trustee and a Forest Preserve Annuitant Member Trustee will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Only Cook County annuitants may vote for a Cook County annuitant trustee, and similarly, only a Forest Preserve District annuitant may vote for a Forest Preserve District annuitant trustee.
