The County Employees’ and Officers’ & Forest Preserve District Employees’ Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County invites the submission of proposals from qualified firms to provide legislative liaison consulting services. The RFP is available beginning July 27, 2018. The submission deadline is 3:00 pm CDT, August 31, 2018. To receive the RFP, all interested parties are required to register. Registration is required to obtain a complete set of the proposal forms.
