Your Benefits When Planning for a Child

It is important for you to become familiar with some of the benefits offered through the Cook County Pension Fund (CCPF). Any employee who becomes disabled during a pregnancy may be eligible for Ordinary Disability benefits.

Update Your Designation of Beneficiary

You may decide to add your new child as a beneficiary so that the child receives any death benefits that may become payable upon your death.

We recommend that you complete and update your Designation of Beneficiary Form as soon as possible.
