An election for a Cook County Employee Trustee, a Cook County Annuitant Trustee and a Forest Preserve District Annuitant Trustee will be held on October 30, 2019. Voting will take place in-person at the Cook County Building or by mail.
This June, the Cook County Pension Fund mailed an Annual Out-of-State Annuity Certification form to all annuitants living outside of Illinois. If you have received this letter, please note the deadline has been extended to September 15, 2019.
