Information for January 1st Payments

January 1st checks and advices will be mailed the week of December 26. Direct deposits are payable on January 1, since the first is a weekend and the 2nd is a holiday, funds should post to your bank account no later than the first business day of the month. Please contact your financial institution regarding the availability of your funds. Please note that the federal tax rates for 2017 have not been released and will not be reflected with your January payment.

1099R’s were mailed on 1/25/17. If you do not receive your 1099R by 2/10/17, please contact the Fund office for a reprinted form. Click read more for additional information. If you are an annuitant that received health coverage from the Fund in 2016 you will receive a 1095-B form from the Fund via mail. Forms were mailed on February 9.
