1099R’s were mailed on 1/25/17. If you do not receive your 1099R by 2/10/17, please contact the Fund office for a reprinted form. Click read more for additional information. If you are an annuitant that received health coverage from the Fund in 2016 you will receive a 1095-B form from the Fund via mail. Forms were mailed on February 9.

Request for Proposal: Pension Administration System Consulting Search

The County Employees’ and Officers’ & Forest Preserve District Employees’ Annuity & Benefit Fund of Cook County invites the submission of proposals from qualified firms with in-depth knowledge and expertise in public pension plan administration and information technology systems to assist in the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement for a Pension Administration System (PAS).
