The Cook County Pension Fund (CCPF) Office is Moving

Starting December 1, 2017, the Cook County Pension Fund (CCPF) will be serving its members at 70 W. Madison St, Suite 1925 Chicago, Illinois 60602.

Located less than a block away from our current address, our new office will provide members greater privacy, security, and more access to counselors for their retirement, disability, and health benefit needs.

As our move will cause some temporary service disruptions, please plan accordingly:

  • November 9, 2017 - LAST DAY for Counselor Appointments

  • November 17, 2017 - LAST DAY for Walk-in Counselor Meetings

  • November 20-30, 2017 - CCPF Office is CLOSED. Though the office is closed during this time, benefits counselors will be accepting member calls.

  • December 1, 2017 - CCPF OPENS at its New Location

Counselor Meetings

If you need to set up an appointment in advance, please call 312-603-1200 to set up your meeting for before November 9.

CCPF benefits counselors will accept appointments with members through November 9. Counselors will accept walk-in meetings through November 17.

IMPORTANT: At the new CCPF office, members will find greater convenience setting up their counselor meeting ahead of time than visiting the office on a walk-in basis.

To speak with a benefits counselor in-person, members should call 312-603-1200 to schedule an appointment.

Future Mailings to CCPF

Beginning December 1, members should send all documents, applications, and other materials to 70 W. Madison St, Suite 1925, Chicago, IL 60602

Please note our phone numbers and email addresses will not change, but please update your records to reflect our new office address.

Continue to watch your mail and our website for more information about the upcoming move.

We appreciate your patience as we make this transition and look forward to serving you in our new location.
