Cook County Pension Fund (CCPF) retiree members at or approaching the Medicare eligibility age of 65 are invited to an upcoming Medicare education seminar to:

• Learn about Medicare eligibility and enrollment from a Social Security Administration representative;
   
• Find out how CCPF’s Retiree Health Plan works with Medicare;
   
• Speak with UnitedHealthcare and CVS/Caremark representatives; and
   
• Hear about ways to improve your health at age 65 and beyond.
